Within walking distance from the harbor/beach/dunes of Scheveningen you find situated on the first floor (not ground floor) our 70 m2 cozy apartment with balcony.
This apartment is situated in a very good area (Statenkwartier) where PARKING is still FREE and is near several international organizations like ICTY and OPCW and the “Frederik Hendriklaan” shopping lane. The area is internationally oriented, you will find many expats. The harbor/beach area has nice terraces, restaurants and bars.
Public transport is comfortably close (tram 10,11,17; bus 23).

The apartment is situated on the first floor of a two floor house (we are also the owner of the ground floor apartment). It is suited for a professional couple or individual and has four rooms.
- Separate dining room with: CD/Radio system
- Separate living room with flatsreen (32 inch) (digital TV and/or filmnet on request),  DVD player
- Bedroom with: double bed (140*200), TV on wall mount, wash basin, shower
- Laundry room with: washing machine and dryer and separate freezer
The kitchen is modern and has built-in equipment (fridge, stove/oven/microwave, cooker hood).

It is fully furnished and well equipped with (bath)towels, bed/kitchen linen, cutlery, pots, cups, boards, iron, iron board and the other usual household equipment.
Of course there is wired/wireless internet connection

The apartment is available for medium term and long term term.
The rental price is exclusive utilities (gas/electricity/water/local taxes/cable-TV/internet) for which you pay us an advance payment, we pay all bills, so you don't have to worry about that. Cleaning costs on departure are mandatory. The prices are very reasonable, we charge no commission/fee/charge.

In short, if you're looking for an affordable, nicely situated apartment where you can enjoy the possibilities of lively Scheveningen and The Hague with an excellent position relative to public transport, access roads to the high way and international organizations then our apartment may be something for you.
