This apartment is situated in a very good area (Statenkwartier) where PARKING is still FREE and is near several international organizations like ICTY and OPCW and the “Frederik Hendriklaan” shopping lane. The area is internationally oriented, you will find many expats. The harbor/beach area has nice terraces, restaurants and bars.
Public transport is comfortably close (tram 10,11,17; bus 23).

The apartment is situated on the first floor of a two floor house (we are also the owner of the ground floor apartment). It is suited for a professional couple or individual and has four rooms.

The rental price is exclusive gas/light/water/local taxes/cable-TV. Cleaning costs on departure are mandatory. The prices are very reasonable, we charge no commission/fee/charge.
