Within walking distance from the harbor/beach/dunes of Scheveningen you find situated on the first floor (not ground floor) our cozy two bedroom apartment (one bedroom + one study room) with balcony.
This apartment is situated in a very good area (Statenkwartier) where PARKING is still FREE and is near several international organizations like ICTY and OPCW and the “Frederik Hendriklaan” shopping lane. The area is internationally oriented, you will find many expats. The harbor/beach area has nice terraces, restaurants and bars.
Public transport is comfortably close (tram 10,11,17; bus 23).

The 3/4 room apartment is situated on the first floor of a two floor house, where we also are the owner of the ground floor apartment (see apartment 3 if you go back one level). It is suited for a professional couple or individual and consists of:
- A large living/dining room.
- A bedroom with a double bed (140*200) and built-in closet with extra space.
- A study room.
- The kitchen is modern and has built-in equipment (fridge/freezer, stove/oven, cooker hood) and separate microwave.
- There is compact luxury bathroom.
- A small sunny balcony.

It is decorated in a modern style, fully furnished and well equipped: TV with international channels, CD/Radio, DVD, washing machine/dryer, freezer, microwave/oven, (wireless) internet/phone connection (bring your own laptop).
Furthermore it is equipped with (bath)towels, bed/kitchen linen, cutlery, pots, cups, boards, iron, iron board and the other usual household equipment.

The apartment is available for short/medium/long term.
The rental price for short term is exclusive gas/light/water, for medium/long term it is exclusive gas/light/water/local taxes/cable-TVC/telephone, cleaning on departure is mandatory. The prices are very reasonable, we charge no commission/fee/charge.

In short, if you're looking for an affordable, nicely situated apartment where you can enjoy the possibilities of lively Scheveningen and The Hague with an excellent position relative to public transport, access roads to the high way and international organizations then our apartment may be something for you.
